Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Areas
We currently deliver within Germany and to selected EU countries. If your country is not selectable during the ordering process, please contact our customer service.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
3. Shipping Duration
- Germany: 2–7 business days
- EU: 4–10 business days
Please note that in exceptional cases (e.g., high demand or external delays), longer delivery times may occur.
4. Shipping Costs
- Germany: Free shipping for orders over €50, otherwise €4 shipping costs
- EU: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
5. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number that allows you to track your package at any time.
6. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. Please ensure that all information is correct to avoid delays.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us immediately at ShopVolt@hotmail.com. We will find a solution as quickly as possible.
8. Customs & Import Duties (for international orders)
For deliveries outside Germany, additional customs duties or taxes may apply. These are to be borne by the customer.
