General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application
These GTC apply to all orders placed through my online shop (Shopify) and Etsy.

2. Products
I offer digital products and goods via dropshipping.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products does not constitute a legally binding offer. The purchase agreement is concluded upon placing an order.

4. Prices
All prices are final prices. Due to the small business regulation (§ 19 UStG), no VAT is shown.

5. Delivery
Digital products are made available for download after purchase.
Physical products are shipped via external providers (dropshipping).

6. Right of Withdrawal
For digital products, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the download has begun.

7. Liability
I assume no liability for technical problems beyond my control.

8. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
